Armaguard provides a range of security services that can be supplied individually or combined into an integrated solution. Each assignment should begin with an assessment of the premises, operating environment, risks and client requirements.
Service 01
Cash in Transit
Armaguard provides controlled transportation services for cash and other approved valuables between client premises, processing points and financial institutions. Our fleet is armoured to Bank of Zambia Standard (B4+, AK47 resistant) and tracked in real time from our control room. Services include bank to bank and Central Bank movements, retail collections and banking, payroll distribution, cash centre and cashiering services, forex and precious or semi precious stones handling, and overnight cash and valuables storage.

Service 02
Air Transit
Armaguard provides air transit for high value cargo where road transport is impractical or time sensitive. Domestic movements run from Lusaka to all provincial and Copperbelt centres. International movements run from Lusaka to various regional African destinations and worldwide, in partnership with established global logistics companies. Movements are subject to the necessary aviation, customs and security requirements.

Armaguard provides cash management support designed to improve the secure handling, movement, reconciliation and banking of client funds.

Service 04
24 Hour Monitoring
Armaguard provides alarm monitoring services through its control room operations. When an alarm or panic signal is received, the control room follows defined verification, communication and escalation procedures according to the client's agreed service arrangement. Clients can receive SMS notification of activations, historic reporting on movements and emergency signals, and monitoring of remote locations over GSM technology. In sub rural areas, alarm monitoring base stations are co located at Zambia Police stations alongside Armaguard's own control room.

Service 05
ATM Cash Management
Armaguard provides ATM cash management through qualified ATM Custodian teams operating in every province of Zambia. Teams service both online and offline ATMs, replenishing from the bank or from a sub chest depending on the contracted arrangement, with secure cash movement and documented controls throughout.

Service 06
Rapid Response
Armaguard's rapid response service supports alarm activations and agreed security incidents in all nine provinces of Zambia. Armed, trained response staff are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, working through established communication channels with local Police Stations and documented escalation procedures agreed with each client.

Service 07
Electronic Security
Armaguard assesses premises and supplies, installs and maintains electronic security systems suited to the client's requirements. Our scope covers intruder alarms, guard alert systems and panic buttons, access control including biometric fingerprint and facial recognition technology, CCTV, fire alarms, employee time and attendance recording for payroll verification, and electric fence systems, with connection to Armaguard's monitoring facilities where required.

Service 08
Armed Guarding
Where permitted and operationally appropriate, Armaguard can provide suitably authorised armed security personnel for higher risk assignments. Armed deployments are subject to applicable laws, licensing requirements, risk assessments, internal controls and client specific operating procedures.

Service 09
Physical and Manned Guarding
Armaguard provides trained security personnel for commercial premises, industrial sites, offices, warehouses, retail locations, residential estates and other client facilities. Recruits are screened, trained and examined before induction into the permanent workforce, and every deployment runs on Standard Operating Procedures agreed with the client for that site. Services may include access control, visitor management, patrols, gatehouse duties, asset protection and incident reporting.
- Minimum Grade 9 school leaver certificate, Grade 12 preferred
- Three to four week training course before deployment
- Recruits aged 25 to 40, medically and mentally screened

Service 10
Specialised Services
Armaguard provides specialised security services for assignments that fall outside standard guarding arrangements. These include executive protection, both armed and unarmed, private investigation, security for concerts and special appearances, crowd management, conventions and conferences, company parties and functions, camera installation and services, and institutional posts and patrols.

Security Surveys and Risk Assessments
