We use that information to respond to you and, where relevant, to pass your query to the appropriate Armaguard department. Your rights under the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021
Under Zambia's Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to our processing of it. We will respond within the period required by the Act. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
