It does not provide an online enquiry form, user accounts, online payments or any other facility for submitting personal data to us through the site itself. In doing so you decide what personal data to share with us, which will usually include your name, the contact details you use and the content of your message or call. We use that information to respond to you and, where relevant, to pass your query to the appropriate Armaguard department. Please do not send confidential or sensitive operational information to us by email.

Under Zambia's Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to our processing of it. We will respond within the period required by the Act. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Beyond this website, Armaguard Security Limited processes personal data in the course of its business generally, including in the delivery of security services, and does so in accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021.
